Collaborative Solutions Workshop
Successful project implementation is an outcome every organization strives to achieve. Orchestrating company resources and processes to incorporate new technologies can be a daunting task. The Collaborative Solutions Workshop, a four phase methodology, is vital to successful project completion, as it brings subject matter experts knowledgeable in your company processes together for a series of meetings facilitated by experienced Kronos professionals.
The workshop ensures that company processes within the scope of the project have been analyzed and that each function within the organization has addressed their specific needs. Potential issues are identified and addressed, as well as opportunities to optimize your new technology investment. Each phase Project Kickoff, Collaborative Workshop, Proof of Concept, and Concept Playback provides a building block to the foundation necessary for successful project implementation.
- Phase 1 Project Kickoff Project sponsor hosts meetings to introduce team members and communicate critical business issues to be resolved. Outputs include sponsor positioning and team buy-in.
- Phase 2 Collaborative Workshop Defines company processes and work flows, identifies issues and opportunities as they relate to cross functional implementation of the new technology. Understands workforce management concepts relative to your organization. Outputs include process inventory and project team consensus.
- Phase 3 Proof of Concept This phase provides an analysis of business processes and high level requirements. The development and presentation of prototype is completed, based on process flows identified in workshop. Outputs include an optimized solutions model and communication tools.
- Phase 4 Concept Playback In this final phase, we deliver a proof of concept through demonstrations that depict the solution at work within the organizational environment. In this phase, we identify change management opportunities. Outputs include a project prototype and project team consensus.
