This group of enhanced services is available on an as-needed basis for the following:
Functional specifications
Sessions are held with the customer to configure a system by identifying their needs, understanding their business, and the operation of their payroll and production procedures.
Implementation plan
An implementation plan will detail the responsibilities of both Kronos and the customer and will set out an implementation timeframe.
Project management
Kronos will organise meetings with all relevant parties to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Specific consulting services
Kronos will provide expertise, consulting with the customer on related issues such as smart scheduling, payroll systems and shopfloor data collection in an effort to assist customers in defining their requirements.
Implementation planning studies
An initial study in consultation with the customer to evaluate and scope business requirements. Entails the analysis of all aspects of a rollout of labour management system.
Software version upgrades
When a support agreement has been signed with the customer, Kronos will provide standard software version upgrades and enhancements.
