The KronosĀ® Talent Management Division recently undertook a research study to systematically analyze and understand performance areas critical to success in frontline healthcare positions.
The study involved operators, risk managers, and human resource managers of leading healthcare organizations and included nearly 500 frontline workers.
What we learned will enable organizations to more effectively select frontline workers from both within and outside the industry. As a result of the research, we identified five performance areas that were unanimously endorsed as critical for success in frontline healthcare positions by the experts from all collaborating organizations.
These performance areas are described in this paper in terms of the important behaviors that encompass them.
