This case study shows that by deploying Kronos Workforce Activities at one of its facilities, NFI was able to improve productivity, redeploy clerical staff, and reduce paper costs.
NFI looked at solutions from Kronos, ADP, and Amano, and selected Kronos Workforce Activities for a number of reasons. NFI had already deployed Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, which enabled the company to improve both employee productivity and payroll accuracy.
NFI anticipated that employees’ familiarity with Workforce Timekeeper would shorten their learning curve on Workforce Activities. NFI became confident it could achieve benefits from the solution after visiting several nearby companies that had successfully deployed Workforce Activities.
