Jim Devaty, a director with Kronos' federal division, will be presenting at this week's Government HR Innovations 2007 event being hosted by The Performance Institute.

In his presentation, titled "Labor Management: Supporting the Measurement of Results", Devaty will offer tips to federal government decision makers on how to effectively automate, collect, and utilize labor distribution data to support measurement of human resource and program performance. He will address best practices in administering activity-based costing; implementing an activity-based costing model; and interfacing time and labor management systems with government financial management systems to provide cost management, reporting, estimates, and projections.
