The terminals also eliminate "buddy punching", or employees inappropriately entering time and labor data for each other. Improve compliance
Kronos for Gaming also empowers organizations to improve compliance with labor law regulations and IRS requirements such as the Gaming Industry Tip Compliance Agreement (GITCA) by supporting the allocation and distribution of tips and tokes. The solution manages employees' tip reporting by allowing them to enter tips on transfers during the time and labor data collection process. The solution also provides an intuitive setup for administering and processing toke pools. In addition, Kronos for Gaming helps casinos track employee certifications and schedule employees by certification needs and skill sets. Alerts are sent to both employees and their managers when certifications are about to expire, and staff with expired certifications can be restricted from punching in or being scheduled to work.
