About Dr. Steven Hunt
As chief scientist in Kronos' Talent Management Division, Dr. Hunt is responsible for development and deployment of automated staffing assessment tools used to guide selection decisions for more than 50,000 applicants per day. He actively works with senior operations, human resource, and legal leaders in large and midsize organizations in a variety of industries, including retail, health care, dining, and transportation. Dr. Hunt oversees an assessment development team consisting of six Ph.D.-level research scientists and consultants. He also publishes and presents academic and practitioner materials to support research and marketing goals. Before joining Kronos, Dr. Hunt was in consulting, working with Starbucks and Saville & Holdsworth.
