Kronos® Continues Global Expansion by Forging Deeper into APAC Region
Establishes direct presence in Singapore
CHELMSFORD, Mass., Jan. 3, 2007 — To more effectively build its base of customers, as well as to serve and support existing customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, Kronos® Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON) today announced the formation of a subsidiary in Singapore.

By increasing its presence in APAC, Kronos will empower local, as well as multinational organizations, to more effectively manage their workforce.
