Kronos® Extends Expertise in Selection and Hiring with New Manager Assessment

Scientifically validated field-based manager assessment helps organizations tackle tight labor market

CHELMSFORD, Mass., March 5, 2007— As the labor market continues to tighten, selecting and hiring qualified employees is a growing challenge for organizations. Findings of the recent "Working in America: What Employees Want" survey, sponsored by Kronos® Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON), found that many employed adults are looking for a new job because they don't like their manager.
