Patrick Moquin Joins Kronos® as Vice President of Human Resources
Industry expert joins market leader to support global growth strategy
CHELMSFORD, Mass., Dec. 6, 2006 Kronos® Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON) today announced that Patrick Moquin has joined the company in the role of vice president of human resources. In this position, Moquin is charged with creating and implementing innovative human resources initiatives that support Kronos' global growth strategy. He reports to Kronos' president, Paul Lacy.

For more than 30 years, Moquin has made significant contributions in developing and strengthening human resources within both startups and enterprise organizations. Most recently, he held a senior HR position at Analog Devices, a leader in high-performance signal processing solutions. Among his accomplishments at Analog Devices, Moquin developed and implemented HR services worldwide. During the course of his career, Moquin also held executive HR positions at Sonus Networks,
Sun Microsystems, and Unitrode Corporation.
