JHM Hotels Deploys Kronos® Selection and Hiring Solution
National multi-brand hotel company builds quality-centric hiring process with advanced selection and hiring tool
CHICAGO, Oct. 4, 2006 — To keep pace with its aggressive growth initiatives while quickly hiring only the most qualified job candidates, JHM Hotels, Inc. has selected the Workforce Acquisition™ solution from Kronos® Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON). JHM Hotels will deploy the selection and hiring tool to streamline its current decentralized process throughout its 27 properties, including franchise flags Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Marriott. JHM Hotels currently employs approximately 1,200 team members.

Available in English and Spanish, the Kronos-powered job application and assessments can be accessed through JHM's corporate website and within select business centers. Kronos also assists in streamlining tax credit capture, and minimizing the payment of non-qualifying unemployment claims, among other benefits.
