As vice president and general manager, international, Dick Cahill is responsible for driving the company’s growth, innovation, and continued leadership in workforce management throughout the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); Asia Pacific; and Latin America regions.

Under his leadership, Kronos makes significant investments to develop, deliver, and maintain a workforce management solution that meets the global requirements of local and multinational organizations. Cahill recognizes that work and pay rules around the world are incredibly complex, and that there isn’t a cheat sheet for how to pay employees properly in every region. Variations in work rules, languages, and currencies force many multinational organizations to deploy systems from multiple vendors or rely on error-prone custom coding to meet their requirements. With Kronos, organizations have a one-vendor solution where a consistent standard global product can be deployed around the world. Today, Kronos is the only workforce management provider to offer truly global coverage for its customers.

An accomplished industry veteran with more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the enterprise software and services sector, Cahill spent the majority of his career in sales and services management roles with industry-leading technology companies such as MRO Software (now part of IBM), Remedy (now part of BMC Software), Siemens Rolm Communications, and Vignette.

Cahill holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Boston State College.
